Accessible Ticketing Enquiries and Bookings
Accessible seating is available on request from the Newcastle Entertainment Centre ticket office. Discuss specific requirements with staff before booking and appropriate seating will be allocated. Patrons should be aware that the elevated seating requires climbing stairs.
Relocation on the day may not be possible so be careful when requesting seating. In addition do not book accessible seating via the internet.

Why can't the ticket office assist with my booking?
Ticket office staff are only able to assist with issues relating to tickets purchased through Ticketek.
I thought my resale ticket guaranteed entry to the event?
No. The only way to guarantee entry to the event is to purchase through Ticketek. Resellers may offer a refund after reviewing the complaint but cannot offer a service through the venue.
What are the benefits of purchasing through the official Ticket Seller?
When a ticket is purchased through the Official Ticket Seller, the real price is paid as determined by the Artist & Promoter. In addition, the ticket is 100% guaranteed and if something goes wrong, purchasers are able to speak to the staff to get it resolved. In the unlikely event of a cancelled show, the ticket purchase will be automatically refunded. If a resale ticket is purchased, the reseller needs to be contacted direct for a refund.
How do I lodge a complaint against an unauthorised seller?
If there is an issue with tickets purchased through an unofficial agency it must be returned to the point of purchase.
